Stephanie and Andrew are our favorite servers! Everything has been very consistent. Chicken parm is my favorite! My only two issues are 1- hostess sits two adults next to a large party with small screaming/poorly behaved children, and 2- they always go very light on the salad dressing.

I have a fixed menu whenever I goto any olive garden and my favourite is the shrimp scampi fritta extra crispy and extra spicy. And lemme tell you they nailed it. It was just awesome and probably the best I ever had. The other items that I absolutely love are the risotto bites, the chicken flatbread, chicken parmigiana, stuffed chicken marsalla and the custom made pasta option. All in all its a very nice restaraunt to go with family and friends. And not to forget their dolcini dessert options are the perfect way to end a scrumptious meal....

Who ever gave 1 star they must be American and used to going to the Olive Garden. I am from Canada and the FIRST MEAL EVERYTIME WILL BE THE OLIVE GARDEN! To me going and getting a bunch of salad, pasta and wine is a MUST anytime I am visiting. This location was great very nice servers and prompt service and the BEST SALAD I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! Over all everytime I go into ANY of these locations I will know I will be leaving full and not broke.

I've been eating at Olive Garden on and off for as long as I can remember. I really love coming here because I'm never disappointed and always have a good time. I came here last night with a friend of mine and we both had a good time. For starters, we were seated within 20 minutes as promised. The place was busy but not packed. Staff was friendly and outgoing, which always adds to the experience and made it all the better. Our server was awesome. She really knew her stuff and offered us wine before we even had our menu's in hand. Neither of us felt like drinking so we passed on the adult beverages. We were inspired to come here after seeing the commercials for their new small menu selection of multiple small portions for $12.99. This drew us in and I was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was considering I usually go with the same dishes when I eat here. We of course started with the salad and breadsticks which are always delicious. The salad didn't seem to have enough dressing on it, but it was still tasty none the less. I chose the hummus, but I wasn't overly impressed with it. It wasn't bad, but it had weird toppings on it, and the consistency wasn't what I was used to. The hummus wasn't bad, don't get me wrong, but it was dressed in stuff like olives and a few other things. I wasn't expecting that, and even though it was good, I would have rather had it with pita chips or crackers then the breadsticks they serve at dinner with our meal anyways. Breadsticks are awfully filling, and I feel like I would have had more room for my dinner if I wasn't stuffing my face with all those breadsticks versus less filling crackers or pita chips. Just my opinion, not Olive Garden's fault. I went with the angel hair pasta with 5 cheese sauce as did my friend. It was delicious! YUM. I usually get the meat marinara sauce, so the 5 cheese was new to me. I enjoyed it and was impressed that it wasn't overly heavy on the cheese. We also got a small dessert selection and it really topped off the meal at the end. The service here is consistent and overall I love coming to Olive Garden. I've been to this location in the past, and always enjoy my time here. Even though it's in a busy shopping complex on Rochester road (which is a nightmare to drive at times) it's always a reliably good experience. I love that even after all these years of eating at this place, I can still come in and have a good time. that's important to me because sometimes chains (and restaurants in general) don't always "keep it fresh" or try to hard to keep people coming back. Olive Garden seems to do it "just right" by sticking with what their good at yet offering new and exciting menu items and experiences to keep me coming back.

Date night with hubby. The restraunt was extremely busy when we arrived but were seated with only a short wait. Mark, our waiter was prompt and efficient to take our order then graciously explained the ingredients of the entrees we had chosen. My husban ordered the stuffed chicken marsala. It came grilled to perfection , topped with a medley of Italian cheeses and laced with a mouth watering creamed marsala sauce and sauté mushrooms. The accompliment was garlic parmesan mashed potatoes. This dish was amazing. I had bucatini with bacon and sun dried tomatoes in a super tasty creamy cheese sauce. The complex smokiness and tart of the tomatoes was a taste treat to say the least. Delicious ! The restraunt manager, Tom dropped by to greet and ask how we enjoyed our dinner. All n all another serindipious experience at The Olive Garden. We look forward to our next visit ! Thanks again Mark for the great service.

What a horrible visit! First, let me start off by saying that I haven't been to Olive Garden in probably 2-3 years. The only reason why I came here was because it was with a group of people that wanted their soup, salad, and breadsticks. It went downhill very quickly yesterday. We were greeted by our waitress and she was in a great mood but all the sudden jekyll and hyde came out to play. We all placed our drink order and she had gotten someone a peach Bellini iced tea when they ordered a classic peach bellini. The girl who ordered it kindly said that that's the wrong drink and she order a blended peach bellini not the iced tea. Our dark haired waitress turned super defensive for no reason and almost blamed her for not stating it was the blended bellini (when on the menu it just says peach bellini-not blended). After that little mix up she had sever attitude the whole entire time and was super short with everyone. Food: the breadsticks and salad were good but it wasn't worth the awkward vibe and cold shoulder we got. I would just buy the dressing from sams club/ Costco if I ever had the craving for it again. I ordered the chicken Marsala and instead of the mashed potatoes I subbed it out for the risotto. Baddddddd choice. The chicken was rubbery and had a bad mouthfeel but the sauce was really flavorful. The risotto was awful. It was like super undercooked rice, not at all like a delicious creamy risotto I'm used to. Olive Garden management, if you're reading this please inform your waitstaff that being rude to your guest when they kindly say it was the wrong item not to take it personally and have an attitude for the rest of the night. Giving our hard earned money to any establishment-chain or not- we should be treated kindly and with respect. Overall this experience was extremely unfavorable and I would not recommend you dine at this establishment. For that reason alone, I'm out!

Great Italian Restaurant!! When I moved here at first, I was trying out different cuisines and this restaurant is the reason I was hooked on to Italian food. Their house salad is really good. That is one of the main reasons I keep coming here. The lasagna is awesome and so is the minestrone.

We went here the other night as my Dad had a craving for the OG and my Mom is not a fan. We came on a Thursday night around 630 and were seated right away. Our server was very friendly and provided great service during our dining experience. We started with the chicken and gnocchi and pasta fagioli soup. Both were tasty on another wintry night and the breadsticks were buttery and garlicky as usual. They have a weekday special going on right now where you can get a classic dish i.e. Spaghetti with meat sauce or Alfredo for $10. I opted for the lasagna Classico and Dad ordered off another of the special menu the rosemary and garlic chicken which came with spinach and mashed potatoes. The lasagna was very standard and comfort food like and the portion was ridiculously large (even our server commented on it). All of the rosemary chicken was gobbled up and there was not a speck left on the plate - it must have meant it was good right? Overall our experience was very pleasant and we both left stuffed and most of my lasagna was in a doggie bag to go. I do feel that the OG is overpriced of you were to order off the regular menu, but if there is a special going on - it wouldn't take much convincing to get me to go.

YEP! 5 Stars for an Olive Garden! how can that be? Well it was a 100% five star effort from the hostess's , server & kitchen. We went on 1-3-14..during the beginning of the 'Polar Vortex' , as the bride had a gift card & offered to take me out to lunch! We arrived & two charming hostess's welcomed us & guided us to a cozy booth in one of the smaller dinging areas . Joshua our server, truly knew the menu backwards & forward & provided us with an AMAZING HIGH level of service & care We were both craving soup on this chilly day , so the endless soup/salad was a must. We tried one that we had never had before, and it provided that ooey gooey comfort we both craved : Chicken & Gnocchi A creamy soup made with roasted chicken, traditional Italian dumplings and spinach And I also had: Zuppa Toscana Spicy sausage, fresh kale and russet potatoes in a creamy broth. And: Pasta e Fagioli White and red beans, ground beef, tomatoes and pasta in a savory broth. Plus the bowls of endless salad. Knowing we would need some protein as well we decided to try their version of small plates called 'Tastes Of Italy' We chose 2: Grilled Chicken Spiedini Two chicken breast skewers topped with your choice of a Tuscan-inspired sweet red wine sauce or creamy alfredo. $4 & Chicken Meatballs A twist on an Italian favorite, two chicken meatballs seasoned with herbs and a hint of red pepper, sprinkled with Italian cheeses and served in a zesty marinara. $4 The grilled chicken ended up being 2 generous breasts split & grilled and the Zesty Marinara produced quite a kick indeed! beyond the yummy food , Joshua just made the experience perfect!

What can I say its an olive garden chain rest. Soup was ok but salty. Tried the chicken gnocchi just ok nothing great. Salad is salad and its endless. The fried risotto balls were good the red sauce that comes with them is bland as all hell. Cheap as cheap lunch can be.

So much better than the Novi one. They have call-ahead seating, we went on a Sat. night and they had wine samples for free in the lobby while you wait. Another time they had pizza samples. Service is always excellent as well.

Fried ravioli is good, soup is a little salty, bread is extremely salty but everyone seems to love it. Our waiter was amazingly nice and didn't write down our 6 party order and got everything right. Took some extra Andes on my way out because I love them. Pricey, but delish as always!

Danielle and I had our first day off together in quite some time and we were both famished."You know where I haven't been in a long time?" she asked rhetorically. There was a brief pause. "Olive Garden!" she said with a sense of excitement in her voice that I was powerless against. I had no choice but to acquiesce. With a roll of my eyes, I nodded towards the closet. "Get dressed. We're going to Olive Garden." My earliest memory of our experience starts with our very first step through the entryway of the Olive Garden. There was something eerie about the feeling that permeated the air. It was as if the atmosphere around me had come alive and flowed through my body like a river of electricity. I glanced over at Danielle who had a concerned look on her face. It was clear to me that she was feeling the same way that I was. As we took our next steps, a hostess called out to us. "Benvenuti, welcome to Olive Garden! His Excellency has been awaiting your arrival!" Before I could even inquire about the puzzling introduction, we were ushered to a room in the back of the building. The décor of the room could be described as a half-hearted attempt at traditional rustic Italian. The place had a feeling of neglect. It was as if the fate of the entire Roman Empire had fallen upon it. Sitting in a corner booth, there was a middle aged man wearing some sort of highly decorated military uniform. The man was staring out the window while appearing to be deep in thought. The hostess then lead us towards the booth. "My leader, your guests have arrived." She said to the man, with an unusual look of fear and concern in her eyes. "Yes! Of course. My guests. How could I be so rude? Come, come. Sit!" As Danielle and I drew closer to the man, I recognized something familiar about him. I knew I had seen him before, but where? Before I could collect my thoughts, the man addressed us directly. "Ah, my cousins! I am grateful that I get to share this dining experience with you, my family." It suddenly dawned on me who I was dining with. Though I could not rationalize how or why this conclusion graced my consciousness, I was dead certain that sitting before me was none other than Il Duce himself, Benito Mussolini. However this was not the Benito Mussolini that united Italy and fought the Allies; this was a much softer man. This was a confused man. His eyes were no longer filled with the vigor and certainty of his previous days. The power and vitriol that once fueled his spirit had long since been replaced with fear and sadness. He looked at me and Danielle and addressed us once more. "I have asked the chef to prepare a 3 course meal for you and your companion. First, let us share an appetizer. I have selected the Lasagna Fritta. It is a personal favorite of mine, and I am sure you will find it quite agreeable!" He was barely able to finish his sentence before a server came out of the kitchen and gave us our drinks along with the appetizer. Benito's eyes lit up with a childlike innocence, as he motioned for me to take the first piece of Lasagna Fritta. I tried a piece and while it was good, it wasn't great. I could tell by the expression on Il Duce's face that he shared a similar conclusion. His memories had betrayed him, much like his people did. With disappointment clearly showing on his face, he motioned towards the server to bring out the next course. It was at this time I began to notice the cracks in what had began as a very surreal experience. My glass had a glob of something strange on the rim. There were fruit flies buzzing everywhere around the food. It troubled me that a dining establishment could have so little regard for cleanliness, and I could tell it was bothering Benito as well. The next course was ravioli with a blend of cheeses. Nothing at this point could divert attention from the mediocrity that saturated our experience. We all continued to eat, as if it were an obligation. A server girl approached Il Duce with great apprehension. "Are you finished, My Leader?" Mussolini turned and addressed her sharply. "Yes, madam, I am finished. My star has fallen. I have no fight left in me. I work and I try, yet know that all is but a farce... I await the end of the tragedy and - strangely detached from everything - I do not feel any more an actor. I feel I am the last of spectators." The server girl looked down sheepishly and stammered "I... I meant with the food, My Leader." Mussolini was silent. Danielle and I looked at each other in astonishment and then back at Benito. "Yes, I am finished. Thank you." He finally replied. It was at this point that Danielle and I decided to make our egress. We thanked our host graciously, and began to leave. I heard a voice call out to me. "Thank you my cousins, you have made me a very happy man. You are welcome back at any time. When you are here, you are family." I paused and turned around to address Il Duce one last time, but all that stood before me was an empty booth.

Everyone knows how they feel about Olive Garden already, so a review hardly needs to be written... BUT, as far as Olive Garden's go, this one is top notch. The service always tends to be friendly, the food always seems to be good, and the clientele is a bit better than some of the other Olive Garden's. So... if you are going to go for chain Italian... go to this one!

Typical Olive Garden, but the staff is really attentive and professional. Maybe because of the location, but the staff seemed more professional than other franchises.

This place is fine and the food is good for Olive Garden. But I am writing a review because this one kid who was a host had such a bad attitude and was so rude. It was really annoying and pissed me off. Otherwise the place is fine.

Well, I usually have been an Italian food fan. I never doubt the food here. They do have some really nice dishes such as the Chicken Ravioli, or meatball spaghetti. The garlic bread is always a plus and the unlimited refill of salad and soup. The service is nice and the price is reasonable.

It's nothing fancy, but if you like Olive Garden, this is pretty much like every other Olive Garden. The staff is nice and I've never had a bad experience with my food.

Omigosh for some reason my parents insisted on eating here constantly when I lived here, and they still do whenever visiting old friends and family. Even after our silverware was dirty. Even after there was hair in my salad three times in a ROW. Even when our food was served cold. This place ruined my Olive Garden experience forever. Two stars is probably generous but the garlic bread here is freakin' GOOD.

I just don't under stand Olive Garden's appeal. Three words sums it up: bland, boring, generic.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
